Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RemoteJobsDR ("the Platform"), operated by Elevate Management LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

RemoteJobsDR is a workforce infrastructure platform connecting Dominican remote professionals with global employers. The Platform facilitates direct hiring relationships — we are not an employer, staffing agency, or intermediary.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Employer Obligations

Employers must post only legitimate, lawful job opportunities; provide accurate job descriptions, compensation ranges, and requirements; comply with all applicable employment and labor laws; pay professionals directly; treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination; and respond to applications in a timely manner.

5. Professional Obligations

Professionals must provide truthful and accurate information in profiles and applications; not misrepresent skills, experience, or qualifications; maintain professional conduct in all communications; honor commitments made to employers through the Platform; and report any concerns or violations to Platform administrators.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Talent never pays to apply or use the Platform. Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fee structures are published on the Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on RemoteJobsDR is the property of Elevate Management LLC. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemoteJobsDR is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for employment decisions, disputes between employers and professionals, or damages arising from Platform use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
